CATA+ - Real-Time Bus Tracker for State College
CATA+ is a real-time bus tracker app that provides accurate and up-to-date information about the buses around the PSU campus and State College. Developed by Gil Cottle, this free app offers a more reliable and faster experience than the official CATA and myStop apps. The app is not affiliated with CATA (Centre Area Transportation Authority).
The app features a single map view with a drawer for quick access, real-time bus location information for all routes including the Game Day Buses, and the ability to show stops along the route. Users can tap a stop to see the stop's name and upcoming departures, and the app displays their GPS location and the closest stop to each route on the map. In addition, CATA static schedule information for each route is cached on the device, and users can create and edit their own Route Groups and reorder routes and Route Groups to their custom settings.
